Leith Chop House brings an innovative blend of classic British steakhouse and cocktail bar to Constitution Street in Leith.
The restaurant uses the finest beef sourced from artisan suppliers across Scotland. The meat is then butchered on site and dry aged for up to 90 days to add flavour and increase tenderness. Only then is the beef cooked on an open flame charcoal grill, specially designed to give a subtle smoky flavour… in short it will be the best steak you will ever eat.
Cardigan looked after everything brand related from logos to menus, signage and marketing materials. The project also included its own bespoke beer brand.
We worked closely with the interior design team to create patterns and texture across the restaurant.
